Serving Authentic Jamaican Cuisine What started from a simple vacation to Arizona, quickly became the back story of Hot Pot Caribbean Cuisine's creation. Disappointed by the depiction of the food experience representing her home country, Jamaica,  Founder, Karen Francis felt personally responsible to bring authenticity of the Caribbean to Arizona.

Dedicated to providing the best experience for all of her customers, Karen has made it her duty to use fresh spices and ingredients imported from Jamaica to create all of the dishes served in her establishment.
