*Congratulations to Cesar Manaois, our Rehab Aide and February 2017 Shining Star/Employee of The Month!!!* Cesar has been a Rehab Aide at Alaris Health at Cedar Grove for 10 years, but to his coworkers and residents he is so much more than a Rehab Aide. Noel Pinuela, Director of Rehabilitation, sums it up by saying “Cesar has been my go to person for many years”. Cesar goes above and beyond his duty all the time, unconditionally and with no questions asked. He is well loved and respected by his coworkers. Cesar treats everyone he encounters with respect and he will be missed by all. Cesar is ready to enjoy retirement and we wish him a happy, healthy and long retirement!!
