Over 30 years ago, I stood next to my grandfather as he labored over the grill in our backyard. Summertime marked a season of cookouts and family fun. I knew the time that we spent together was special, as many family’s experienced the same thing this time of year. Fun, laughter and good food. It wasn’t until I was in my teenage years that I realized that our food was also special.
Claudie’s BBQ was created in memory of the late Claudie Lee Owens, our hope is to share with the world our special bbq creations. Founded in 2014, his memory and skill of grilling the best BBQ meats lives on through his grandchildren, Lance and Ken. After many years of following his footsteps and painstakingly reinventing his BBQ techniques, Claudie’s BBQ is open for business and ready to put that special touch on any occasion with our signature dishes.
We stand by our motto – Ribs so good, you won’t need sauce. Ours is a labor of love that we are happy to share.
