We just had to share! We have been busy remodeling the kitchen and getting prepared for Gourmet Flatbread Pizzas. We have been designing Marko and Ericio's Gourmet Pizzas. Made by hand in house at Olive Wine. We will start serving within a couple weeks and will announce the start date as soon as we have it finalized. We have hired additional staff and have eaten enough test pizzas to fill a barge. Keep your eyes open for the start date. Now for the Best News Of All Introducing our new resident musician - BK Davis The mysteries of the universe are more vast than we can comprehend. But you count your blessings and give thanks daily for the wonders that are a part of life. This is how we view BK Davis. He has come into our world and has brought such tremendous talent to Olive Wine, to the Snake Alley District, to Burlington, and to SE Iowa. Truly a master at the piano. BK Davis, or Dav (pronounced Dave) as we refer to him, is one of a handful of Steinway Artists in the world and he has joined the team at Olive Wine to help us build a culture of music in theSnake Alley District. He will be playing Saturday afternoons, and will help with Open Mic and various events at Olive Wine. We welcome him with open arms, we are humbled by his presence, and we celebrate his talents. Please come and see this incredible talent.
