This week we will be doing a three whiskey tasting. It will feature Green Spot, an Irish whiskey, Glenlivet 12, a scotch, and Buffalo Trace, a bourbon. This tasting will be a great chance to compare the unique flavor profiles of each of these whiskeys.

This Saturday we'll be tasting two craft whiskeys produced outside of Kentucky, Clyde May's Alabama Style Whiskey and Stranahan's Diamond Peak Colorado Whiskey. While Americans have traditionally associated quality whiskey with Kentucky, craft distilleries outside of the Bourbon State have started putting out an impressive arsenal of quality whiskey that is definitely worth trying! Our feature beer will be one we've just tapped at our brand new downstairs bar! Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA is a full bodied Imperial IPA that will stand up to our whiskey selections. This will be the first tasting that we present at the new bar downstairs. See you Saturday!
