We're sorry to anyone who is disappointed that they were unable to claim tickets this year. Tickets are limited to ensure the health and well being of Prancer so that the event is a positive experience for all. Thank you all so much for your interest in this event.

We’re sorry to those of you who had difficulties claiming tickets. We’ve added even more tickets to tomorrow’s batch to try to accommodate those of you who were unable to secure your tickets today. We have switched ticketing systems for tomorrow’s release. Today’s ticketing system did not have a shopping cart function to hold your tickets while you checked out. Tomorrow’s ticketing system is the one that we have used for Reindeer Encounter in the past and will hold the tickets in your cart for five minutes, allowing time for you to fill out all information and complete your order.
