Here are the details about the Holiday Hustle Program!! I hope you are going to join us for this fun and challenging program! In January you will wish you had started in November!! Holiday Hustle!! Nov 20- Jan 15 This will be a TEAM challenge. I will randomly assign the teams on the 19th and announce them here. I will provide a clean eating program for you, my expectation is that you will follow the program Mon-Fri and you will be "allowed" cheat meals or looser meal planning on weekends. Here is how you earn points as a team!! minimum of 3 workouts per week check in on FB with each workout weekly team rowing challenge submitting your food journals every week referring a friend to join the challenge referring a friend to join the gym There will be extra challenges throughout the 8 weeks for opportunities to "make up" points or get extra points. This is going to be fun, challenging and rewarding!! Winning team will win a gift card for an EPIC CHEAT MEAL as a team when the challenge is over and a small group training session. Other prizes to be awarded throughout the challenge :) LESSSSSGOOOOOOO!!!
At Create Your Power we incorporate HIIT training with strength training to get a total body workout in less time, leaving you with time to do everything else you need to be healthy and happy 👊🏻#WellnessWednesday
