I don’t even know how to put into words how good this new dish is. As the story goes, Chef Nick’s mother worked nights growing up and would often leave a dish at home for him to cook for he and his brother. Pork roast and apples was simple enough, and over the years he developed his own way (like everything else in his life!) This dish is an ode to the woman who worked her tail off to provide for her kids. Braised pork shank, white cheddar mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and bourbon and brown sugar glazed apples. This is, without a doubt, one of the best items we’ve ever featured here, and we’re sure you’re going to love it too. Pair it with a good malty beer or a glass of our French Chardonnay for a meal you won’t be soon forgetting!

Walkers Family Friday!!! Logan has been with us since April as the lead line cook. His favorite dish is the duck and he washes it down with a double Pendleton ginger beer, though chef is currently trying to introduce him to some of our finer bourbons.
