*UPDATE* After consulting with local gyms (Inshape, 24 & other local studios) we have decided it's in everyone's best interest to cancel classes through tomorrow. We realize this causes an inconvenience in your workout routine but these are very rare circumstances that none of us have any control over. The current news sources are reporting the air quality is going to decline even more over the next few days and we don't want to compromise the health of our members or instructors. We have decided to remain open tomorrow (Thursday evening) from 5:00-7:00 PM for open gym. You can lift weights, set up a personal circuit, use the TRX or stretch. Due to thick smoke and haze inside of our building, we have decided not to hold classes for the rest of today. Air-quality in our town is extremely poor, and smoke contains dangerous particles when inhaled causing dizziness, nausea and coughing. These symptoms were present in some of our members during our early morning Boot Camp and we don't want to put anyone in danger. We are sorry about the short notice the health of our members is our main concern.
