Meet the Market Monday: We begin our series of marketplace introductions today where it began, with Clark and Whitney Gaines. Clark and Whitney are happy to welcome you in to White Star Market, a place they dreamed about creating and are thrilled to see come to fruition. They hoped to create a beautiful space that was inviting to everyone at every time of day. The versatility of White Star is that you can come grab a coffee after a run in the neighborhood, grab drinks after work, or come to meet friends and family for your birthday celebration. The origin of their desire to curate a food hall like White Star Market began with their love of food and their deep appreciation for Chefs and their artistry. Clark and Whitney wanted to build a space that would bridge the gap between customer and chef, no walls or window between them. They wanted to partner with creative and unique concepts that were looking to expand their brand who craved that connectivity. At White Star, you can come enjoy a plethora of wonderful dishes crafted by excellent chefs excited to share their stories, expertly crafted cocktails and intentionally brewed coffee seven days a week.
