Sunday School and SPIRIT activities During SPIRIT in March and April children learned about “Heifer International.” They found out how the organization started and about its mission. They have learned how different kinds of animals can help families around the world become self-sufficient and how sustainable agriculture can help communities thrive. Children have been collecting an offering during Sunday school which will go to “Heifer International” at the end of the school year. In Sunday school in the month of May, children will learn how Peter followed Jesus’ instructions by telling people about God and sharing God’s love. The Bible stories “Peter and John,” “Peter and Tabitha,” “Peter and Cornelius” and “Peter in Prison” will be the focus of Sunday school this month. The last day of Sunday school for this school year is May 21.

There's still time to plan ahead to attend the UW-Baraboo/Sauk County Community Choir's concert here at our church on Tuesday, 5/2, at 7:00 p.m. The choir gave their Spring program on Sunday, and it was a beautiful concert. The theme is "When the Earth Stands Still," and the music ranges from the sublime to the sensual! See you there.
