This is why we only offer Unlimited memberships. You need to workout regularly to see results. 2 days a week is not ideal.

Kelly at 38 weeks and Arlie at 16 weeks pregnant. CrossFit truly is scalable for anyone at any point in their life. These two ladies come in and work to a level agreed upon by them and their doctors. Our coaches are here to observe and make sure everyone, including baby is as safe as possible.

CrossFit 419 will be offering our popular Kids Fit Program for ages 3, 4, & 5. SPACE IS LIMITED!!! This session will start on July 5th and end on July 31st. It will be every Monday & Wednesday from 1130am-1215pm. The children will participate in a strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics & some weightlifting elements. They will learn how to move their bodies and move them well, making them fitter and more resilient day to day. Regardless of age, ability or experience, participants benefit physically as their bodies adapt & become stronger, faster and more flexible. Emotionally, participants will develop teamwork, leadership, listening and self-discipline skills and will HAVE FUN DOING IT!!! PLAY OR EXERCISE? A child's body doesn't know the difference, but their mind tells them they're having fun! Space is limited!! $80 needs to be paid up front to CrossFit 419 in order to save your spot.
