ANNANDALE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH offers a variety of opportunities for ministry with programs and activities for all ages.   Annandale United Methodist Church is a church founded in 1846, burned down in the Civil War, rebuilt, and still active today. All are welcome to come to our services at 8:30 and 11 a.m. each Sunday, and to join our Sunday School classes at 9:45 a.m. for children, youth, and adults.

Our church believes in fostering a friendly community, and contains groups for members to do everything from knitting together to discussing parenting issues. We also place a high emphasis on service and helping the community, with a monthly food drive and numerous other seasonal charitable activities.

With open hearts, open minds, and open doors, we invite all to join us in our worship of God.

On Sunday, Clarence announced that he will be leaving AUMC for a new pastoring assignment beginning July 1. Under the United Methodist Church’s itineracy system, pastors are appointed (or reappointed) annually by the bishop and cabinet. We have been blessed to have Clarence as our senior pastor, friend and spiritual leader for 10 years. We love him and will miss him, but we also wish the best for him in his new role as senior pastor at St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Yorktown. And we look forward to our new senior pastor, Jason Micheli, arriving in July. Our Staff Parish Committee will be planning some farewell activities for Clarence and Jaie. So stay tuned…
