The Wee Ball registration deadline has been extended! Visit our website www.altoonacampus.com and sign up now thru Monday, April 10th! The “Wee Play T-Ball League” or “Wee Ball” consists of two divisions - 4 & under and 5 & under. The rules and equipment are age-appropriate for each division and promote hustle, skill development, and teamwork! To play in the 4U Division players must be at least 3 years old by April 1st. To play in the 5U Division players must be at least 4 years old by April 1st . All practices and games will be played on the Wee Ball fields at Lions Park. Each team will meet twice a week (one weeknight and Saturday mornings).

INTENSE CARDIO Join Campus Trainer Heather for some intense cardio workouts using a variety of cardio machines paired with some core work! You will do workouts for intervals, calories and distance. We will use the Elliptical, Cycle Bike and Rowing Machine. The class will be capped at 10 participants ONLY. To complete your cardio for the week, join Campus Trainer Arianne on Thursday for Intense Boxing! INTENSE BOXING Join Campus Trainer Arianne in this extreme class that takes boxing to the next level! Your body, mind, and heart will be pushed to its limits and put to the test. Increase your strength, aerobic endurance, punching power and improve your technique and coordination with the ultimate experience this boxing class offers. The class will be capped at 18 participants ONLY. If you want to push your body even further and harder, pair this class with our new Intense Cardio on Mondays with Campus Trainer Heather.

A group of members of the Altoona Campus participated in the Iowa Open Racquetball 2017 Tournament that was held in downtown Des Moines at the "Y". There were 150 plus registered players from seven states. Craig Hamilton, Sonya Gray Wright, Jared Kenkel, Blake Brown, Tim Houlette and Mark Van Klompenburg.represented the Altoona Campus with good participation and an excellent outcome! Craig Hamilton and Sonya Gray Wright came in 2nd in the A/B Division of the Mixed Doubles. Tim Houlette and Mark Van Klompenburg won in their Division of Men's Double Open and Men's Single B Division. Jared Kenkel placed in Men's Single B Division and Men's Double B Division with partner Blake Brown. Congratulations to the participants!
