The Underground is now offering a four week strength focused program for youth athletes ages 9-12, starting Wednesday 11/8/17 and ending Saturday 12/2/17. Two classes will be held per week, Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10am. The focus of this training block will a total of 8 intensive age-appropriate skill-building workouts specifically designed to improve total body strength that will help the athletes take their chosen sport to the next level of performance. The group must have a minimum of 7 committed athletes in order for the program to begin. Those that take advantage of early sign up, prior to 10/31, will receive a 10% discount off the total price of $100.
