Homes of Hope provides transitional (6 month) housing for homeless families through a partnership with other local health, human service and faith organizations Transitional housing provides safe shelter, utilities, internet, home furnishings and household supplies for a 6 month period. Families are involved with financial education, community volunteering, assistance from other agencies and programs, and help setting and accomplishing individual goals to ultimately make them independent. We also provide case management for the Community Inn emergency housing shelter, to assist homeless with access to needs and services.
