Celebrating our almost one year anniversary with a MASSIVE PB!! Debbie originally came to me because she struggled to squat, she’d happily tell you herself that depth was none existent and the thought of holding a bar on her back and hitting depth was a big no no.... Today we built to a heavy 3 Back Squat....66kg later! With more in the tank! It’s not been easy...we’ve worked hard to get where she is today but she’s stayed consistent and getting the results. And this is only part of it...strength gains all round with a massive 8kg fat loss! That’s 17.5lbs!!!!!!! She confident, crazy and I’m so proud of her! She’s an inspiration to many!
