Yo Salsa brings you Latin dance classes and parties, held at Yeovil Labour Club with Cedric Sureshkumar and Julie Hill. Learn to dance salsa in a fun and friendly environment.

Thursday Night Salsa Classes (every week from 7:15pm):
- CURRENT 6-WEEK COURSE runs until 30 November 2017.  Next course starts in January 2018.
Our course aims to take you through the basic steps, adding a combination of structured moves and technique to give you confidence in your dancing.
The 6-Week Course costs just £30 (only £5 per lesson). Booking in advance is advised.
Alternatively, you can pay on Week 1, or PAYG (£6/week). No partner required.

Sunday Sessions:
- NEXT WORKSHOP Sunday 10th December- Cha cha cha
Bi-monthly afternoon workshops focusing on different dance styles.

Friday Fiesta:
- NEXT PARTY NIGHT Friday 29th December - International Instructor Rohan Brown teaching salsa
Quarterly party night featuring guest teaching and 3 hours of dancing to a range of Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha and more.

Levels:

Level 1: Beginner
- If you have never danced salsa before, or only had a taste of it, this is the best place to start.
- Cover the basic steps, learn key techniques and understand how to dance in time to the music.

Level 2: Move to Improver
- Learn to combine existing moves in new combinations.
- Develop more complicated steps and turns.
- Gain confidence in leading and following technique in preparation for Improver level.

Level 3: Improver
- Faster paced lesson, bringing together more complex combinations with fewer basic steps in-between.
- Add styling to complement your dancing and a greater focus on interpreting the music.

If you are unsure which level you should be in, just speak to us on the night and we will discuss it with you.

Our classes are held in the Skittle Alley/Party Room of the Labour Club.
Please go through the main entrance (door on the right-hand side), turn left AFTER the bar, follow the corridor, through the door and up the stairs of the left.
