facebook.comYou can imagine as a trainer, I have heard ALLLLLL THE EXCUSES under the sun. ALL OF THEM. 😂🙄 It’s not hard to MAKE a change IF you REALLY want it... just ask yourself HOW bad DO you really want it...?! Here’s a list - across the board BASIC staples to go by that might help you start to make the changes you need. 1. Drink 2-3 litres of water daily 2. Must eat breakfast�3. Eat 5-6 small meals a day 4. Eating every 2-3 hours 5. No complex carbohydrates for dinner�6. Have one /take out/ meal out with friends/ eat whatever you want just be sensible a week �7. Commit to YOURSELF! 8. HAVE FUN - it doesn’t have to be boring 💕💕💕🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
