As a Travel Counsellor I offer a truly personal service and help with tailored travel arrangements that suit you. Researching and booking a holiday shouldn’t be a chore to add to your list – I offer you a much simpler way to book your perfect travel plans, free from the stresses and headaches of the internet.
By taking the time to get to know you personally I will build a detailed picture of the places you like to visit, and the things you love to do on holiday, allowing me to provide a personal, dedicated service which is simply not available when booking through an online travel company.
I am extremely passionate about travel and have a wealth of experience, with over 20 years of travelling the World for pleasure and business. I lived in Australia for 3 years; have worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Ireland and Florida; and have visited many places including North America, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, the Cook Islands, the Middle East, Africa, Mauritius, India, Thailand, Malaysia and many European countries.
Your travel plans are as unique as you are – built from scratch to fit you perfectly. Travel Counsellors award winning technology provides access to all the big travel industry names, alongside many niche companies that are not always available through high street travel agents. With no ties to any travel providers my advice will always be impartial and honest, and I am able to uniquely package holidays at competitive prices.
Client satisfaction is tremendously important to me and I pride myself on personal care, treating every holiday as if it were my own and going the extra mile for my clients.
You will always speak to me – no call centres or expensive premium telephone numbers - and with flexible hours I am available at times to suit you, including weekends.

I made the local paper this week. A rather interesting take on the Press Release that I sent them, but as they say, all publicity is good publicity. I would like to add that this award was won by all Travel Counsellors equally and not just me. Happy Bank Holiday!! What are you doing to celebrate? Are you away somewhere nice or spending the day with family and friends? Today is my birthday, a day I share with David Beckham and Princess Charlotte, and I'm being spoilt by my boys. The day started with breakfast in bed and now we're heading up to London for a wander and lunch at a Marcus Wareing restaurant. I'm one lucky girl! Normal service will resume tomorrow and I'll be back in the office working on all your wonderful holidays. Xx

London Tube Strike We have been informed that drivers on the Piccadilly line are planning to strike for 24 hours from 12:00 on Tuesday 26 April, and again for 24 hours from 12:00 on Thursday 28 April. The Piccadilly Line links London Heathrow to Central London All other London Underground lines are expected to operate as normal. We would advise anyone intending to travel by tube in London to check the status of the train before travel and allow extra time if travelling to the airport by tube.
Union Strikes in German airports Good afternoon, We have been made aware of a proposed strike by the German Union Verdi. Verdi have announced that on Wednesday 27th April they are planning strike action that will affect airports in Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Cologne/Bonne, Dortmund as well as Hannover. The strike will affect services such as check-in, Security, Ground handling and some of the fire brigade services. As a result we are expecting there to be flight delays and potential cancellations. At present the strike is only a proposal. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update accordingly.

NEW BALEARIC ISLANDS HOTEL TAX From 1st July 2016 the Spanish authorities have introduced a new tax applicable to all stays in the Balearic Islands. The tax applies to anyone staying overnight in a hotel, holiday home or cruise ship on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the Star rating of the hotel, and will range from €1 - €2 per person per day. Children under age of 16 are exempt from the tax and long term holiday makers will have a 50% discount on the tax from the ninth day of their stay. The tax is required to be paid locally directly to the hotel / cruise liner before the end of the stay. The tax is compulsory and now will be applicable to all stays in the Balearic Islands even if the accommodation or cruise was booked and paid for before 1st July 2016.
