Today's cake was for my gorgeous friend Liz on her baby shower. Toffee sponge with chocolate salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream. It got demolished, with just enough left for the mum-to-be to finish later!

There's a last-minute chocolate cake in the oven for a birthday on Sunday, house smells so good! Then it's prep time for my vintage cupcakes class at the Beehive Community Centre on Monday morning 11-1. There are still a couple of places left, so if you would like to join us please let me know by end of Saturday so that I can bake and prep for you. Cost is £10 per student and you will take home a box of 6 decorated cupcakes. Thanks!

Today's order is for gorgeous Daisy who is one today! The top tier is chocolate fudge with salted caramel and creme brulee buttercream, the bottom tier is vanilla sponge with banana split buttercream. The theme was pink and gold, twinkle twinkle little star. Hope you have a fab party Daisy, and thanks for the donation to Bens Wish xx

Today was my little boy's birthday party with his school buddies, and still on Star Wars theme, he wanted a Darth Maul cake. So here it is, vanilla with strawberry jam and strawberry lemonade buttercream!
