Introducing the lovely Sarah Garbett!! We are delighted to have Sarah teaching with us, sharing her love for yoga and extensive knowledge and experience...🕉️⭐❤️ Sarah Garbett🕉️❤️⭐ In 2009 I decided to break out of my corporate communications job for a while and went backpacking through some far off lands, where I spent most of my time outdoors, diving into yoga and meditation and taking care of my wellbeing. Instead of returning to the office I found myself working at a yoga and health retreat on an island in Brazil, where I lived and worked over a four year period, splitting my time between Brazil and Argentina. I completed my Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with David Lurey and Mirjam Wagner in Brazil, going on to study Thai Yoga Massage at Sunshine House in Greece and Sky Yoga – using aerial silks – in Bali. I'm also a writer and have been working with journalist Caroline Sylger Jones on her site queenofretreats.com since 2012, where you can read about some of the retreats I have reviewed. Since South America, I've worked with yoga in Sri Lanka, Italy, Portugal and the UK, and currently help run The Rockhouse Retreat, of Grand Designs fame, near Bewdley. Yoga is my vehicle for wellbeing, spiritual philosophy, creativity, self expression and contributing to the greater good of human kind and the planet.🕉️❤️⭐
