TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT THIS WEEKEND! Today on the gym floor, as a one off, we will be running one of our new 30 minute classes at 9:40. This is a great class for anyone at any fitness level. The class is Tabata type training and will give you a amazing 30 minute workout. There is no booking required, just head to the top area of the gym for a 9:40 start. Hope to see a bunch of you there
Hi everyone I just wanted to clear up any confusion members may have with the classes myself and the gym team run on the gym floor. Some of you may be aware that a number of our gym classes are 15 minutes, where as others have been changed to 30 minutes. To help with any further confusion we will have the list of the days classes up on the board behind the gym desk (pictured above). The classes are all listed online as well, where you can book on to them before you come to the gym. The Personal Trainer on shift will walk around and ask if members would like to attend before the class starts so it isn't necessary to always book on although it is helpful for us to know. Please also be aware that on shifts we have MOT and INDUCTIONS booked for us which may run up until when a class is due to start. This may not give us trainers enough time to walk around to ask before the class starts but if the class is on the board then it WILL be running. I hope this post has been helpful, any further questions please ask a member of the team...other then that, I hope to see a lot of your faces attending these classes in the future. Thank you Gym team
