SEPTEMBER SHAKE-UP Active Surrey are running a Surrey Employee September challenge on the Workplace Challenge website. All employees need to do is register fully at: www.workplacechallenge.org.uk/activesurrey Start logging all their activities for the month of September, with the aim of trying to increase their normal level - it can be any activity from gardening to walking to sport (try an Olympic one for extra points!). Anyone logging will be eligible for some of the great prizes up for grabs from gym membership to Surrey Scorchers Basketball tickets. Prizes wll also be going to the most active workplace and individual. Loggers will automatically be in the national challenge and eligible for further goodies!
