Your Place or Mine is a family run business located in Ripley (Surrey), on the outskirts of Woking and Guildford. Within easy access of the A3 and M25, we have been serving customers within the local community, as well as further afield (Hersham, Weybridge, Chertsey and Addlestone) for over 15 years.

Our customer database has built up mainly through recommendations and word of mouth and in some cases spans three generations of the same family.

We are happy to work on all makes of petrol and most diesel model cars, as well as MPV's / SUV's and Transit sized vans of any age.

We are able to provide roadside, home, or place of work assistance for small jobs. Larger jobs and MOT preparations / repairs will be carried out at our workshop in Ripley.

Our workshop is a manageable unit, attached to our family home. This setup, with low overheads, allows us to reflect our low cost centre in our prices. Our specific job quotes, as well as our hourly rates are extremely competetive.

I also offer very competative rates for vehicle stripping. I will remove the engine & gearbox, full exhaust, discs, calipers and suspension for £100-£150. This will leave you just the body shell. Ideal for anyone who sells car parts on ebay but doesn't want to do the dirty work, or doesn't have access to a full range of tools and a hoist.

I also work in conjunction with 'Your Place or Mine' Motor Mechanics. Excellent rates for a door to door service on services, repairs and MOT's. If required we can pick up your vehicle from your home or place of work, carry out the necessary repairs and return the vehicle before the end of the day for a small additional fee.
