Today is Day 4 of my C9 cleanse - I can tell you I am tired! What seemed like an eternity over the first 2 days; on my third day I could finally eat a 600 cal meal! My taste buds were in heaven and my senses were elated - yet I couldn’t finish the whole meal! My stomach has already shrunk so it seems! On Day 4 now, I’ve lost 4 pounds and a few inches, around my chest, waist and hips. The Gel is becoming less terrifying to me and I don't actually mind taking it anymore! That’s definitely a win for me where the first time I tried it I gagged so much I nearly threw up – perseverance is key on this one people. The drinking gel has definitely been the best part about this cleanse, all the nutrients + vitamins it gives you that your body is craving for, you can absolutely feel the benefits of it. Granted I’m not taking my full amount as my memory is a sieve and getting me to remember to take the gel to work and stick it in the fridge all the way across the hall to the staff room just isn’t something that’s going to happen. Planning and prep for this cleanse is completely something that you need to do! I’m already feeling the benefits of this cleanse and I know it’s doing my body wonders, getting rid of the pre-Easter junk food and drink and giving my system the reboot its much been craving for! Especially as I have a friend’s wedding to get fabulous for on the 7th of April, this will definitely help me feel as amazing as every woman should feel when putting on a new frock for such an occasion. I look forward to the next 5 days to come! And being able to have another meal on the 9th day!!
