Please join us on Thursday 25 May at 6 pm for the final seminar of this academic year when Dr Michael Brown, Roehampton University will be speaking on 'Anxiety and Compassion: Emotions and the Surgical Encounter in Early Nineteenth-Century Britain'. This seminar and reception is co-hosted with the University of Winchester's Centre for Modern History and will take place on Medecroft 16 on the main King Alfred campus.
