Four Star Inn and Restaurant - The perfect place for a short break, a real country inn, our bar is typical of an old-fashioned country pub. A real country inn with nooks and crannies, old beams and a bit of an uneven floor, our bar is typical of an old-fashioned country pub where villagers meet to relax and welcome visitors to this lovely corner of the North Lancashire, South Cumbria countryside.
Our bar serves traditional real ales along with a full selection of lagers, ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks and we serve Atkinson's of Lancaster freshly ground coffee for those caffeine lovers among us!
The Longlands restaurant serves lunch 12-2.30pm (Mon-Fri) 12-4pm (sat), dinner 5.30-9.30pm (Mon-Sat) and all day 12-9pm on Sundays! Our full menu is also available in the bar area if you fancy, or call us to reserve a table in the restaurant!
If you want to stay a bit longer, then we have plenty of accommodation to choose from! Our Coach House rooms are in the higgledy piggledy old part of the Longlands Inn and although they are smaller they are full of charm with views over the fields.Our Lapwing Rooms at the newer side of the Longlands Hotel have views towards the new Tewitfield marina on the Lancaster Canal. They are larger, with bright airy windows and huge, comfortable beds to spread out in. And if you fancy a real home from home then try out one of our fabulous new cottages located on the Marina itself. We have six 1 and 2 bedroom cottages, all with double sofa beds if you want to bring the whole family! Fully self-catering and ideal for a longer stay, or just a bit of a treat!

The school holidays are here! Call in and treat your little ones to a fabulous lunch. With each children's meal, the Longlands Inn & Restaurant now offer a FREE ice cream with every pasta, pizza or pub dish (excludes sandwiches). The ice cream is made by Northern Block and is natural in flavourings and sugars, served in small tubs.

Just a reminder that on Sunday 30th July from 5 pm until 8 pm the Longlands Inn & Restaurant have the very talented John Eaton playing live in the bar area. Why not pop down a bit earlier and enjoy a meal in our restaurant or drinks at the bar before the music starts.
So it's nearly that time of year when we pack up the Longlands Inn & Restaurant van with the marque, the gins and our lovely team & head out and about to see all our fabulous customers, new and old at the local agricultural shows. Our first outing will be on Saturday 5th August to the Garstang Show. So if you are looking for a fun filled family day out, pull your wellies on and come and visit us.
