Scoot Fit Disco brings the first ever scooter discos to leisure centres in your area. Making fitness fun! What does it involve?
Scoot Fit is the first family activity of its kind ever in the UK.
Scoot Fit aims to bring families closer together by providing an environment for exercise, to have fun and help build strong character traits like confidence, self esteem, resilience and courage.
Children take part in the sweat test challenge where the slogan is ‘If your sweating you’re winning’. The children receive a sweat test sticker that they show their parents that they have earned dessert after dinner.
Scoot Fit has a development shop. Children are given 3 tokens upon entrance. Two tokens are for water and one is for a banana. The children have to decide themselves when to cash in the tokens to get their water and bananas. This will help progress their descion making skills and give them a feeling of independence that they can be trusted to make these decisions.
We also encourage parents to take part. Children’s participation and enjoyment levels increase when parents/carers and role models actively participate in Scoot Fit.
We provide 30 adult scooters and they scoot for free. Parents/carers and role models will benefit from an increased level of fitness and most importantly, enjoy Scoot Fit themselves.

Who is it suitable for? We are aimed at families with children aged between 3-8 years old with younger or older siblings allowed to attend.
Any other information? Scoot fit sessions are between 45 minutes and one hour long and cost £5 entry for each child. Parents scoot for free.

Get yourself down to the disco for fun and fitness! No need to book, just turn up!
And as a special birthday treat for those attending discos on their birthday, we offer birthday laps of honour. We will stop the disco 40mins into the session and the birthday child will get to scoot around the track 3 times by themselves and recieve a birthday winners medal. The cost for this is £15.

Monksdown School Sport England Merseyside Sports Partnership Modeshift STARS Have a look at the session we had at Monksdown primary school recently, it was fantastic, 50 children scooting per session over the course of the day. We held 4 sessions with over 200 children in the day. Each child bright red in the face, sweating but ultimately wanting to continue.
