Client work out today 20 min interval run 4 min warm up 8x 1 min intervals 1 min recovery incline 3-10 speed 14 kph-9 kph 3x 10 Single arm bar raise 25kg Bicep curl 15kg Box jumps 1 min boxing bag 5.20 stair master 20 sec interval 20 sec recovery 3x 1 min boxing bag 3x 15 ball raise - legs abs 1 x lap of track 15 squat thrusts 15 tricep presses.
Today's work out Circuit 13 Rig 4x round 15 Reps Single arm bar raise 25kg Pull ups Squats 60kg Step ups 15kg each hand Military press 40kg Bicep curls 15kg Box jumps 30 sec Rope pull 1 min punch bag 1 min row - B/E 1 lap of track - jog Abs ball - leg raise 15kg
Today's workout 10 min run 4 min warm up + 3x 1/1 min intervals 10-16 kmph 4x chest press 1 drop 60-100kg 8 min Bike intervals 5x 1r/30sec int 4x high row 1 drop 80-120kg 30/30sec x 6 Row intervals 4x tricep press 1 drop 45-75kg Mini circuit 3x 1 min shuttles 10 lunges 15 Squat & press 15 bicep curl 15 Ab crunch
