End of 1st week back in clinic......great to see all my clients and their feet. Dinner party round at mine last night to thank my "Foot Ladies" for helping me out with my home visits over the last few weeks.....you have been brilliant. My foot has coped fantastically although it gets a little swollen at the end of the day....No pain at all. 😊

I know my foot looks sore and swollen....but hey, all the bandages & padding is now off. Mr Mangwani is very pleased with my progress. Bio-oil now needed.....Im still stressing about the "knitting needle" being pulled out in 4 weeks time. All good though, pain free and back to work on Monday 😀
Fabulous sunny day today......As my foot is pain free, and I am now literally climbing the walls.....I just couldn't resist. Went out for coffee & cake with my pal and had a naughty stroll well hop on Knighton Park with Lily (my gorgeous little dog) for 15mins. Feet now back on pouffee. Seeing my Consultant tomorrow evening for another follow up 😊
Nipped to Out-Patients this morning as the base of my toes were rubbing and becoming painful on what I thought was the plaster cast underneath my bandages on my foot. Maria, the nurse was very surprised to find that under the bandages was not a plater pot but my dry old blood that had set all the softt padding rock hard!!!! It took 2 lovely nurses to carefully set my foot free.....clean up my foot and reapply the padding and bandages. My foot although a little swollen looks amazing with very straight toes.....yay 😀
