Hypnotherapy works by accessing your unconscious mind, the place where we store all of our emotions and behaviours. With the powerful relaxation of subconscious healing, you are able to access and begin to safely make the changes that you seek. Hypnotherapy helps to treat people with many issues ranging from stress, anxiety, phobias and fears to confidence building, weight loss and smoking.
Clare Boulton is Fully insured, Qualified and a Registered member of The BACP, Registered Professional member of The National Hypnotherapy society, Accredited member of The National Counselling Society.
Session are £40.00 per hourly session.
Initial consultation is Free of charge.
Concessions are available, please ask.
Discount available to student counsellors : £30.00 per session.

No matter how bad it feels, seek out the good
Always remember that medication causes side effects. If you are unsure read the paper or speak to you GP. The medication that you are on may not suit you or may need to settle down, remember your GP has prescribed it and will be happy to discuss this with you.
