Thank you for the great feedback Emma 😊 Chris our chef has always been very passionate about making sure everyone enjoys their meals and feels strongly that people with allergies shouldn't dread menu choices and having to question everything - they too should be able to relax and enjoy a nice meal out with family/friends. With the launch of our new restaurant in the Spring he is looking forward to trying a much wider choice of gluten free meals and as you say is striving for perfection with his GF Yorkshire puddings!
