Calcot Farm produce, is a family run business set at delivering local, good, quality food at a reasonable price! We rasie our own animals and take great care in producing all our products!
Hi my name is David Jesse and Ii am the owner of Calcot Farm Produce and would like to thank you for visiting our site!
We do a wide range of products from Rose Veal, Pork joints to cured fennel salami and cured air dried hams!!
I Started by raising pigs, butchering them and then selling them onto local people, this slowly grow. I thought to myself i need to find a niche in the market and had the idea of air drying meat. Which has gone from strength to strength!
I am now at three local farmers market Steyning which is on the 1st Saturday of every month, Shoreham which is is on the second Saturday of every month and Wisborough green which is on the second Thursday of every month!
I sell a Fennel salami, a hot smoked chorizo, pancetta, cured ham! All kinds of Rose Veal cuts from fillet steak, liver, osso bucco (Shin of veal) and Topside. At Steying and Wisborough green i will also be selling lamb!
