Sessions take place at UXBRIDGE common park. They run every Thursday at 20:30, due to high demand I'm going to be starting another class on a Tuesday also. Great session with Jags Singh Bansal. I've never met such an inspirational person who never gives up and is so motivated in achieving his goals. I've known Jags for a while and when he asked me to train I was more than happy to help him on his journey. Two sessions in and I'm so impressed with his ability and the progress he has made over the past year.

Some great core exercises to add to your repertoire! Mix and match. Choose four exercises daily and perform 3 lots of 20-30 seconds for each exercise. Rest for 1 minute in between each set of 4 : D. Have fun!!!!!
