The Salerooms usually fill up very quickly so we recommend you phone on 01953 885676 to make sure we have space available, particularly if you intend coming on a Friday or Saturday. No Lotting Fees, Commission Charged on Sold Lots Only.

We can arrange full or part house clearance and collection or delivery of goods via local hauliers.

JOB VACANCY ACCOUNTS CLERK needed for busy auction salerooms. Tuesdays 8.30am – 7pm (approx.) & Thursdays 9.30am – 3pm plus occasional sickness & holiday cover for office staff & porters. The primary function of this post is prepare hand-written purchaser invoices while the auction is in progress and to take payment for lots purchased by cash, cheque or credit / debit cards. Other duties include dealing with enquiries from customers both in person and by phone, paying out customers for items sold in previous auctions, recording bids and listing lots entered for sale using a basic Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. We are looking for a flexible and ‘un-flappable’ person with the ability to record information and add-up figures quickly and accurately in legible hand-writing whilst working in a busy and often noisy office.
