The NRYA is a weekly drama school that offers a
performance training and annual productions. along with LAMDA exams in Acting and Public Speaking. Classes are run as workshops with the emphasis on Acting.  Singing and dancing are covered, but only usually around production time.  Two terms a year are dedicated to workshops, the remaining term is dedicated to rehearsals for a show.

Just a quickie.... If you know of any students who are interested in taking LAMDA Acting exams. The NRYA has four spaces available on a Monday from 5.45 - 6.45pm. If you would prefer LAMDA Public Speaking there are three spaces available on a Saturday from 9-10am. PM for more info xxx

Amazing LAMDA results this term. Distinctions all round for my Grade 6, 7, 8 Actors which means lovely juicy UCAS points for them. Along with a glorious sea of Merits and Distinctions for my York House Students and Watford LAMDA (acting) group. Well done guys very proud.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Places still available in January for LAMDA Saturday Public Speaking School and a few for the Monday LAMDA Acting School. Get if contact in interested.

Well Done to Mythiri, Mythili and Maitanki Sutharson for gaining Distinction in their Lamda Grade 8 Public Speaking as well as Alina Zia and Zahrah Kadiri gaining Distinctions in their Grade 7 Public Speaking. Very proud of you girls. If you know of anyone who would benefit from Lamda Public Speaking classes -please contact me. A new school is opening on a Saturday in January 2017.

The NRYA drama classes re-started this week on Thursday 8th September (7.30-9.30pm) for teenagers aged 13-18 years and Saturday 10th September for juniors aged 5-12 (11-1 or 1.15-3.15pm) @ Cassiobury Junior School. If you know of any young children or teenagers who would enjoy being part of a thriving and friendly performance group and benefit from gaining confidence - contact me for a free trial. The NRYA was established in 1995. The academy has, since it started, striven to produce extraordinary theatre, whilst actively encouraging self-confidence, self expression and a commitment to teamwork in all who attend.
