Fully qualified gym instructor & personal trainer, I work from a exclusive studio gym based in Watford.
Whatever the goal, my role is to support you in achieving and adhering to a specific personal fitness and nutrition programme designed just for you. Having been in combat sports since a young boy from Judo, Kickboxing to Thai boxing. Now as a fully qualified gym and personal trainer I will by running sessions from a private exclusive studio gym.

We will be mixing up the Thai boxing with weight training, Hiit, body weight exercises and circuit training over the next 5 weeks . I will gradually progress weight and intensity in order to increase his strength , improve his cardio and general performance all so he can look good in his sexy speedos in Thailand next month....🤣🤣 Great work so far spence mate looking forward to next week.
Wicked first week back training people this week, and it's not over yet....circuit training tomorrow 1300 if any of you guys fancy it...great way to burn off that unwanted Christmas weight , while improving your cardio, flexibility and building muscle.....nothing to serious in my gym, always a good crack!!!

Thursday morning THAIBOX FITNESS class 06:30-0730.... Tomorrow we will be mixing it up as always by training basic Thai boxing drills both with a partner and a bag with some kettlebell work, body weight exercises, ab and core work, and sand bag exercises.. Total full body workout. What a way to kick start your day guys.... Perfect for all you boys and girls... Suits all levels Only £10 Whos on it....?
