“RSW Builders built a kitchen extension and garage for me in 2008.
I also had extra jobs done at the same time. I can’t claim to know anything
about building work but it was obvious to me that Steve takes a pride in his
work and pays particular attention to even small details. His work has been
much admired by all my visitors. He is very approachable, listens to all queries
etc and is happy to discuss any changes to the original plans. All the extra work
I had done was discussed at the time so there was no big shock when it came
to cost. Steve also went out of his way to ensure that I could still live in the
house without too much hassle whilst the building work was undertaken.
I intend to have some paving done in the near future and wouldn’t dream
of getting anyone else to do it. I have recommended Steve in the past and

We employed RSW Builders last year to complete a single and double storey
extension to our home.  Whilst we did have to wait some time for Steve to be
able to undertake the job, we are more than satisfied with the work and believe
that it was worth the wait. We have always found Steve and his team to be
polite and approachable. They have consulted us throughout the project, kept
us informed of timescales, and provided us with some excellent suggestions
which have really improved the finished job. We lived on site throughout the
four months the building took.  It was, understandably, fairly 'basic' at points
but the site was always kept  tidy and, given the occasional 'help' they received
