WHATS WRONG WITH MERCEDES BENZ According to a customer merc now no longer supply new parts for anything other than a merc vehicle or to any motorfactors. If you need a part for your grand cherokee and tell the parts dept this they will refuse as all the phone calls are recorded, this apparently has come from head office, good for used parts dealers but very bad for customers !!
