Experienced independent funeral celebrant who believes in individual, personal ceremonies right from the heart and soul. As a professional funeral celebrant, I respect and reflect individual views and spiritual beliefs and compose and conduct appropriate, well-structured and imaginative ceremonies, right from the heart.

I meet you in the comfort of your own home, with no time limit, in order to get a true sense of the person you have lost. I make sure that he or she takes centre stage and compose a beautiful, individual ceremony that will not only result in a fitting tribute but also help you celebrate a unique life.

Testimonial from Emily Barr -

"I honestly don't know how you did it, but you managed to capture the spirit of my mum to a tee. It was as if you had known her yourself. So many people asked for your details afterwards, as they absolutely loved your tribute to her. You captured her perfectly, and your opening and closing statements were absolute beautiful. Your delivery was deeply personal, caring, compassionate and faultless. I cannot fully express how thankful we all are for your expert guidance and how glad we are to have had you deliver such a wonderful service for mum. We will be forever grateful to you."

Privileged and thrilled to drop into the Bedford today and contribute to the Jay Harmer Foundation. Great live music. Best cause possible. Cancer sucks. Let’s beat the bugger!

An auspicious day today: 10 years since I was given the honour of leading my first ever funeral ceremony. So I'd just like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported me: dear friends, funeral directors, arrangers, florists, colleagues at Tunbridge Wells – you all know who you are. Thank you. To my amazing children for their encouragement and support: for sending me stunning poetry, for helping me fumble my way through social media and technological wizardy – thank you both. To Terry, who always has my back – than you. To my mum and dad, no longer with us but my inspiration for helping me find my true vocation; I may not be able to see you but I still feel your strength and guidance every day – thank you. Last, but certainly not least, to those we've all loved and lost and their very dear families:thank you all for trusting in me, each and every one of you has made a big impact in my life, as have your loved ones – thank you. And remember – everyone – that it's all about the love, which is a fabric that never fades, no matter how much it is washed in the tears of grief. My love to you all. Thank you – all of you.
