What a great review of our Sunday Roasts, we think it's awesome too! 😁 The Stag offers a lovely Sunday roast. Normally two choices of meat. Best to book as there are few sought after tables. The gravy is to die for and plenty of it comes in a big jug. Such a great place to eat/drink and still one of the best kept secrets in Ponsanooth!
Don't forget it's Thursday night Acoustic Jam night, don't be shy, we are a very supportive group and looking for more people to come share the wonderful vibe when musicians get together.😀

At the end of a long day, we look back at fun and camaraderie we have had in the pub, thank you for popping in, thank you for understanding we have a limited but very popular menu! Garry could hardly keep up with demand for scampi and chips, thank you for sharing your snow stories and helping each other out and to those who can't take time off from their important jobs. We enjoyed a wonderful few days, but the snow is not going to last but memories of snowy days in Ponsanooth will be remembered for a long time.

The back hilly road behind the pub! Some very poorly cars and the road is blocked from burnhouse to the bottom, well done to every one who managed to squeeze past the cars to walk to the pub, we have been packed out, snow is thirsty and hungry work !
