You can book me to train you 1:1 or you can group together with a small group of friends or family members for a Private Small Group session. 'One off' sessions are available but for most benefit block bookings over a number of weeks or months are recommended. Once a week, twice a week or three times a week depending on your availability, requirements and your budget.

Once a week is a great starting point if you are an absolute beginner and need an introduction to exercise or due to a busy lifestyle you are only able to train once a week. Once a week also works for a seasoned trainer that needs to be pushed to their limits in that extra tough challenging session once a week, or to improve the technical aspects of their training. 2 - 3 sessions a week will result in faster progress however great progress can still me made with just the one session over 8-12 weeks complimented with group classes or open gym work. A home training program can be supplied for you.
