Thank you to everyone who came to our Pancake Party this morning!! Over 150 of us enjoyed eating pancakes, playing games, doing some craft and celebrating God's gifts to us. It was great fun, if a bit hectic at times!!! Thanks to all those who gave monetary donations to the Together Network which helps to feed children in England who are going hungry. The donation pot will be out at Teddies for the next 5 weeks during Lent. With the school age children we talked about taking up a good habit for Lent. This could be being careful of the environment by trying to use less plastic, or throw away less food, or remember to turn off lights; or something that helps other people like donating a few pennies, or buying and donating some food for the local Foodbank. We will have a box for donated items at Teddies for the next 5 weeks if you want to leave your Foodbank items there. Enjoy the rest of Half Term and looking forward to seeing you next week.
