Absolutely fab weekend at IFS met & seen so many inspiring fitness peeps! Such a great place to be. Sadly I didn’t win. But I don’t need a trophy to know I’m promoting positive change in my community! I win every session I see those illuminated pearly whites shining back at me in every class! Here we all are, the three finalists! Me, Kat & Tracey all had a ball and got on like a house on fire. Tracey was a very well deserved winner. Teaching lots of Zumba classes, specialising in classes for over 50s. Kat has her own studio and teaches an abundance of sessions. I’ll definitely be going next year, but will defiantly not be driving there and back in a day! Got home at 3am! 🙈 #mombie today! Absolutely LIVING the DREAM here! 💛💙💚❤️💜🧡 Only gone and danced with the bosses over at Clubbercise! It was an absolute pleasure to chat with the main women her self Claire (founder of Clubbercise 😍), and had a dance about with the inspiration that is Anna Martin 💪🏼👊🏼 (who I may have been stalking on FB for a number of weeks 😅) I’ve ‘Danced the Distance’ with the crew over at Exercise Move Dance UK, I’ve ‘BOUNCEd, aerial hung & now about to POUND. I’ll be heading back to de-sweat & glam up ready for the Gala dinner tonight! 💃🏻 I’ve had an absolute blast, and I WILL be putting on a coach for us all to experience this together next year! ‼️‼️ IMPORTANT ‼️‼️ Right! Let’s talk FAT LOSS!!! 👙 If anyone is wanting to sort out their nutrition 🥗🥦🌽🥑🍎🍓🍏🍐🍌I would like to get serious here! I’ve seen many people, including myself, successfully lose weight & gain weight, and not really have a full clue on why or how it is happening! IMO, In order to be successful in understanding how to lose fat, gain muscle, maintain weight, we need to be EDUCATED! 🤓 I’ve looked into a few weight management groups and I would never promote any thing unless I was 100% confident in its success rate! (I get inboxed often about ‘exciting business opportunities’ which I politely decline, as I am not here to exploit anyone) I have not been approached or asked to share this here, I am doing it as I feel I’m doing many of you (who are wishing to manage your weight) a disservice by not spreading the word. If you are wanting to lose fat, sensibly, whilst still eating your fave foods, with the occasional treat I STRONGLY advise you head over to Team RH Fitness No gimmicks, shakes or supplements. They are an online coaching group. You pay a monthly fee of around £5, and can leave when ever you want. They have a NO NONSENSE approach to weight management. They tell you the TRUTH and educate you on how to make this work! ✔️✔️ It does include counting calories, but wether you are counting points or sins, you are gunna be counting something. Even if you sign up for 1 month and decide it’s not for you, you will have only lost a few quid & gained a bit or a lot 😉 of knowledge. 🌟🌟😍🏆😍🌟🌟 I’m absolutely overwhelmed & honoured to have been short listed for Exercise Move Dance UK ‘Positive Change Award’ I have been invited to Chrysalis Promotions amazing fitness event IFS 2018 in Blackpool this weekend where I will get to experience classes with the best fitness reps in the UK. I’m also lucky enough to be attending the Gala dinner & awards ceremony on the Saturday evening! Being shortlisted for such an amazing award really means a lot to me. I don’t need to be the best or biggest brand/class, but as long as I am changing peoples perceptions on health & fitness, in a positive way, I’m winning every day already! I don’t know who I am up against, but I’m sure they have an abundant wealth of experience & knowledge! I’m honoured to be able to share this short list with them.
