Suitable for the whole family. Come and visit Santa and tell him what you want for Christmas. Feed our 28 Real Reindeer and pick your real tree. Weekdays are quieter so book your tickets early to avoid disappointment. ...you will see our Santa band playing and singing. Find Eskimos fishing in the frozen lake, penguins sliding along the snow, a huge polar bear looking over his mate and baby bears in their snowy cave! We have singing christmas trees of and get your picture taken in santas sleigh before he departs!
Poundffald Farm is the home of the only welsh reindeer herd, we now have a herd of 19 consisting of 12 breeding cows (females) and 2 bulls (males) and calves. During the spring of 2013, we were delighted when 5 of the cows gave birth, one who is called bumper who was born blind but is managing well as he has a great mum. Some of the reindeer are with Santa in the grotto but the rest are all outside in their 20 acres of land where they roam. You can see them there as well as in the grotto.
So come and see what real reindeer look like and feed them magic reindeer food which helps them fly!
