Another sunny evening at Coxmoor teaching! I'm loving these light evenings. First lesson was with Andy- photo at the bottom was before where he was getting the club behind his body at take away with a closed clubface, we got him working more on plane at the take away but still some work needed and he is determined to get that handicap down! Second lesson was with Brooke who is making so much good progress, the photo at the top was 3 weeks ago and the bottom photo was today, Brooke is gaining more of a turn in her backswing instead of lifting her arms up and has that club right on plane! Keep that sunshine and progress coming 😋👍🏼

Well what a lovely evening teaching at Coxmoor. Brothers Jimmy (left) and JJ (right) joined me for a lesson. Jimmy was lifting up out of his shot and needed to disconnect his hips from his shoulders to gain more shoulder turn and stop swaying his hips on his backswing, the top photo is how he ended up at the end of his lesson, a lot better! JJ was turning well into the ball from his last lesson but stil needed to turn his body into the ball for more power, as you can see he is staying behind the ball a lot better getting loft on the ball at impact and a square clubface! Well done boys and I look forward to the progress this year.

Great lesson with Paul today who was hitting a big slice, he was rolling his wrists at take away and had no shoulder turn. After a few tweaks we got him hitting straighter and solid shots! ⛳️👍🏼
