Carewatch Kingston and Merton supports the elderly and people with physical and learning disabilities to remain living independently in their own homes. We also offer support in complex situations, including end of life care and care after being discharged from hospital, for example.
We prepare meals, run errands, maintain home cleanliness, do laundry, handle administration, take care of personal needs like bathing and taking medicine, and we organize days out.
We can do this either on an on-going basis, or only on occasion, to provide you with a respite break.
