But what is PERi-PERi and where do our chickens come from?
Our Chickens:
All our whole chickens are farmed in the UK and delivered FRESH (never frozen)to our restaurants. To give you the great PERi-PERi-taste all our chickens are marinated for 24 hours in our natural PERi-PERi sauce.
Every chicken is grilled to order over an open flame, which also reduces fat content, and basted to your taste to control the spiciness!!
