Individuals develop key skills and achieve real and permanent results through Dion Trigg's unique functional training system.
At True Function, Dion is highly passionate about the total transformations he can help people to achieve!
Personal Training with Dion Trigg at his unique functional training facility, is for anyone of any age or ability, with a strong desire to make big changes and achieve great things! Training at TF is fun, engaging and offers progressive challenges as members develop.
True Function has been designed by Dion to enable him to teach and coach individuals, small groups or teams, from the novice to professional athlete. The friendly and supportive atmosphere encourages members to celebrate each others progression and achievements!
Dion has combined his Personal Training experience and his passion for Ninja Warrior (Sasuke) as the inspiration for his training methods and the design of the facility. True Function features a number of core Ninja Warrior obstacles, with more in development, and through his training members are able to develop the key skills and attributes to overcome them!

The decision on our planning application for a Leisure 'Change Of Use’ on the 9000 SqFt building set to house our exciting new Ninja Warrior & OCR training facility, is soon to be made.
